Some recipes for your health



For quiet sleep : orange herb tea
boil orange leaves (4 or 5) in a saucepan. Drink warm in a cup as tea and don't forget some sugar.

For flu:
boil niaouli leaves in a big pot. Take the very warm pot and stay under a blanket and inhalate it for 20minutes

For stomachache:
take young heart of guava fruit and make like orange tea
