New-Caledonia my country isn't a big country but it hides beautiful landscapes, beaches, rivers, and if you like hiking in mountains you will not be disappointed. New Caledonia offers you not only a magnificent landscape but also a diversified culture. As in every country there is a gastronomy, here our speciality is "bougna" a Kanak meal, but in NC there are many different cultures and it's possible to eat everything...
There are endemic animals like birds such as the cagou or the dogfish and the New Caledonian crow. There is an exceptional lagoon which sometimes hides mysteries. The music style in NC is influenced by the diversified cultures. KANEKA music is the sound coming from the earth and the rhythm is done by manual instruments.
