Hienghene

I want to introduce my village which is Hienghene (pronounced "yenneguene") It is the essential touristic spot of the Northern Province in New Caledonia. The lookout on the chicken brooder is a must.
The disadvantage during a stay of less than 2 weeks in Caledonia is the distance: minimum 4.30 drive from Noumea . Touho is only 35 minutes to Hienghene and the road along the seashore is great. If you are staying at Hienghene, a bicycle, a kayak or a horse are sufficient for the most beautiful ballads. Priscilla, LDKom
