ECOLOGY

I would like to speak about the problem of ecology in the world and in my country. Pollution is the first preoccupation of every country in the world. There is the issue of water level which is rising so much that some islands in the Pacific are being flooded by the sea. This is because of global warming caused by carbon dioxide discharged by cars and carbon monoxide from factories. It's the same here in New Caledonia with Doniambo factory, Goro factory and the future northern factory too. I am afraid for the future of my country, because they say, they will build a coal factory in the north of the country. New-Caledonia will become the first country polluting the planet ahead all the rich countries (USA, Japan, China, Australia, France, Spain, England, Canada...). For me, it's very important to react for the future of our children because this planet isn't our planet, this planet belongs to our children. Rodrigue, LDKom
