PAELLA

Paella (the Catalan-Valencian paella) is a dish from Valencia, its name is the pan used to cook it. The most famous dishes of Spanish cooking were born in the eighteenth century in Horta de Valencia, and farmers from Albufera cooked rice in their own way.
Today there are almost as many recipes for paella as villages in Spain. Valencians denied any other preparations. There can be different types of meat like chicken, rabbit and (or) Duck, which is roasted with olive oil. Then we must add crushed tomatoes (or tomato puree), Ferradura (green beans), some garrofons (lima beans, very large white beans) and / or Tavelle ( fresh grain beans), some add Boat (small snails), artichokes, pimento and / or some garlic, some vegetables and a rosemary branch. It's time to pour the water in which everything is boiled until cooked . A little saffron to color it. Cynthia, LDKom
